Send us your list at least 48 hours before arrival, and we'll have everything waiting—chilled drinks, breakfast essentials, those specific snacks your kids love. Here's the thing—we're family, not robots. Officially it's 4 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out. But awkward flight times? Just tell us. We'll figure it out together. That's what famia does.

We keep it simple: 50% deposit to secure your dates, remaining balance 30 days before arrival. Cancel more than 60 days out? Full refund. Cancel between 30-60 days? We'll hold a credit for your future stay (because we know life happens, and you'll want to come back). We do recommend travel insurance—it protects you, and gives us both paz mental.
