• Reservation deposit: 25% due at booking to secure your dates
• Final payment: Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• 60+ days before arrival: Full refund minus processing fees
• 30-59 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund, but we'll work with you to reschedule if possible
