By accessing our website at tommycoconutvacations.com or making a reservation with Tommy Coconut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or making a booking.
Tommy Coconut operates vacation rental properties in Curaçao, providing premium accommodations with included vehicles, experiences, and concierge services as described on our website.
A booking is confirmed only when we have received your deposit payment and you have received a written confirmation from us. All bookings are subject to availability.
Most of our properties require a minimum 7-night stay. During peak seasons (December-April, holiday weeks), longer minimum stays may apply. Contact us for specific availability.
You must provide accurate information about all guests staying at the property. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property without prior written consent.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is due at the time of booking and must be received within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A security deposit may be required and will be held via credit card authorization. This deposit protects against damages beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements. The deposit is typically released within 7 days of checkout, pending property inspection.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and select other payment methods. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:
We strongly recommend travel insurance. It protects your investment against unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and other covered events.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking calendar. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request. Additional fees may apply.
Complimentary airport welcome is included with all bookings. Please provide your flight details at least 72 hours before arrival so we can arrange your greeting.

Guests agree to treat the property with reasonable care and leave it in the same condition as found (normal wear excluded). Any damages must be reported immediately to our team.
All guests must follow the house rules provided with their booking confirmation. These typically include:
The included vehicle is for guest use during the rental period. Guests must hold a valid driver's license, follow local traffic laws, and report any incidents or damage immediately. Fuel is the responsibility of the guest. Off-road driving is prohibited unless specifically authorized.
Tommy Coconut is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal property. We recommend keeping valuables secure and considering travel insurance with personal property coverage.
Participation in included experiences (boat trips, hikes, BBQ) is at guests' own risk. Guests with medical conditions should consult their physician before participating. We reserve the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather or safety concerns, with alternative arrangements offered when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tommy Coconut's liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for your reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide alternative solutions.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
